Community
Communities exist in many different sizes and locations. In 1989, when the World Wide Web was created, the concept of “community” was expanded in a way that was never seen before. By 1995, the WWW, according to Elon University, had more than 16 million users worldwide. Today, there are more than 4.8 billion users worldwide (www.currentware.com). We have created and are living in a virtual Global Community; and, in this age of technology, within our Global Community, we must adapt and strive to thrive within a global market. It is our hope that, one day soon, the imaginary lines we call "borders" will lose their grip on our community and we will begin to thrive together, with no limitations, in our Global Community.
